How We Work
Project Consultation & Quotation
We begin with a detailed consultation to understand your vision and provide a clear quotation. If an architect is involved, the quotation is prepared based on the tender pack. This stage also includes signing the contract and completing all necessary formalities.
Starting the Work
Once everything is agreed, we begin the actual building process — the part we enjoy the most.
Weekly Site Meetings
Depending on the size of the project and the involvement of the architect, we hold regular site meetings (usually weekly). These are essential for solving problems quickly, confirming details, and keeping everything on track.
Monitoring Progress
We continuously monitor the schedule, budget, and compliance with the plans. We also coordinate with building control inspections to ensure everything meets regulations.
